What data this site collects:  if you sign up for the email list, I'll collect your email.  Bandzoogle (who powers this site) will also collect for me statistics about visitors to this page.  When/if I figure out how to use Google Analytics on this, Google will also tell me some stuff about visitors to this page like how long people visit, and where they came from.  That typically won't include any data that directly idenfies you - it may, however, include things like the address of your computer on the Internet ("IP Address").  That IP address can be linked to you but I'm too lazy to do that. 

What's done with that data:  Your email will be used to send news about my music, as well as possibly interesting (and possibly stupid) stuff that's on my mind.  If you want to unsubscribe send me a note; I'll do it (reluctantly but promptly).  Otherwise any data collected will be used by me (Cooter) and consultants working on my behalf (aka my friends and family) to try and make my music and this site better.  That's pretty much it.  I don't sell your data (share it with anyone else in return for any form of compensation).  God knows why the law would make me disclose anything, but if it does, I will.

Your choices:  as noted, you can unsubscribe at any time.  And in general, this page is for fun and for music and I try hard not to be a jackass, so please do contact me with a concern:  cooterc@outlook.com
